PM CARES fund: Delhi HC allows Centre more time to file detailed reply

New Delhi, Sep 16 (IANS) The Delhi High Court on Friday conceded additional opportunity to the Middle to document a definite reaction to a request looking for an announcement that the PM CARES Asset is “state” under Article 12 of the Constitution.
