As businesses continue to grapple with economic and political challenges, a popular gospel artiste, Victor Ufuoma, (aka Victor Thompson on stage), yesterday, encouraged Nigerian business people to demonstrate courage a d strength to remain in business and find lasting success.
Victor Thompson asserted the impact points of a business people who have displayed an inability to take a risk and subsequently, have not achieved achievement.
He also acknowledged that the greater the risk the greater the reward. He maintained that his career as a musician in 2015 has been driven on the wheels of strong will and focus, consequently a business visionary ought to process attributes of versatility, consistency, energy, persistence, perseverance and determination.
He said: “A business person is an individual with a vision and one who is willing to take the weight of risk to establish one’s plan in delivering an item or administration to their targeted audience.
“Courage is the strength of a business visionary to carry out a task that has the potential of expanding his or her business regardless of the risks involved.
“Talking about adaptability, a businessman or woman can perceive that things wouldn’t always go as planned, and then makes plans to appropriately adjust. “In the same vein, consistency is critical to achieving results as a business person and this is because it is sufficiently not to start a business but rather to keep the same degree of energy after some time.

“The ability to sustain a business regardless of challenges has a ton to do with how consistent a person is.”
In any case, he noticed that God ought not be saved as a business person, “He will be your greatest ally in the difficult situation and an aide through everything.”
Meanwhile, speaking on his career, the Delta State-born gospel artiste and graduate of the Environmental Science Department of the Federal College of Petroleum Assets, Effurrun, FUPRE, explained that his passion for music is a born-gift graciously given to him by God.
He created the popular song “MIYERUWE” and also dropped other songs like “BETTER MIND”, and “CARRY Beauty”.
The artist, who is also known for his viral version of the love mixture “DEPENDABLE GOD” and other spontaneous sessions, also creates songs for journalists in Europe.
He as of late concluded a UK visit, where he visited north of 15 temples in Manchester, Leeds, London, Bristol, and Guilford, among others.
Interestingly, he is a Co-Proprietor of Atmosphere Ent. Nig. Ltd., and will recall was a contestant on ‘The Voice Nigeria Season 2’.
He was the overseer of television shows including ‘Vocalist Naija and Artmosphere Reality Show’, and served as one of the appointed authorities of ‘Artmosphere Reality Show’.
